A drugsrunner is somebody who guides tourist to the (in holland legal coffee-shops) but also many times to places where they can sell (illigal) hard-drugs. After they cross the dutch-belgium border they continue the pursuit into belgium. But because there are no belgium police unit in the area they stop the pursuit and they will trace them whit help from the Belgium police at his license-plate.
